If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still intact. We will issue you a full refund ( excluding original delivery costs) within a week of receiving the returned goods. Or if an exchange is to take place, your new items will be posted within a week. Items being returned must be sent using registered post so they can be tracked. An email must be sent to us at returns@www.dressemporium.lightyear.ie with details of the return before the 14 day period is up.
